This commissioned piece was hand cut from the provided family ancestry information. The trunk of the tree holds the client’s immediate family, the birds representing the parents, their children, the eggs in their ‘family’ nest. From there, the right side of the tree, branches off to showcase the paternal side of the family, the left side of the tree branches off to display the maternal side.
Size 17″ x 17″
This piece is one in a series that I designed for celebrating weddings or announcing a new baby. The heart is left blank so that the couple’s name and wedding date or the baby’s birth date can be added. It can be cut in two sizes, one that fits an 11″ x 14″ frame and the other an 8″ x 10″.
This piece is one of a series, that I designed to celebrate the arrival of twins. It can be customized to reflect girls, boys or one of each, along with the names and time of birth of the babies. The parents’ initials are included, ‘carved’ into the tree trunk.
